RESTON, Va., June 15, 2026 – Unissant Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer Laila Salguero has been appointed to the Lead Virginia Board of Directors, joining a statewide network of leaders committed to strengthening civic, business and community leadership across the Commonwealth.
Lead Virginia is a statewide leadership organization that brings together senior leaders from business, government, education and nonprofit sectors to deepen their understanding of Virginia’s regions, industries and communities.
At Unissant, Salguero leads the company’s people and culture strategy, aligning workforce priorities with the company’s growth objectives and mission-focused delivery for federal customers. She brings decades of experience in employee and team development, talent attraction and retention, employee relations, change management, employment law and compliance, and corporate responsibility.
