Unissant Awarded Case Management Development and Maintenance Contract at HUD

Reston, Virginia, October 7, 2011 – Unissant announced today that it has been awarded a five year contract to provide a Case Management solution using Microsoft SharePoint for development, maintenance, and enhancement to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) – Office of Hearing and Appeals (OHA).

Unissant will be responsible for providing project management and technical services, including change management, training and integration services with non-HUD applications.  The solution will enable OHA to reduce case workload for Administrative Law Judges and Administrative Judges.  It will automate allocation of cases based on workload and workflow rules.  The case management system enhances communication and collaboration within OHA as well as supports robust search and retrieval of case dockets based on unique business processes.
