Unissant to provide a national financial institution with a workforce diversity reporting solution
Reston, Virginia, Sept 21, 2012 – Unissant has been selected by a large, national financial institution to establish a robust dashboard for tracking the firm’s effectiveness in meeting and sustaining workforce and supplier diversity goals.
Unissant’s team of expert business intelligence consultants are charged with streamlining the current data collection, aggregation, and harmonization processes and producing a highly-visual reporting dashboard that will allow business division heads and corporate stewards to easily spot trends and areas of improvement or concern in relation to workforce diversity needs.
Information collected will include internal training, hiring, promotion, employee engagement, and training data along with external demographic and workforce trend data. This data will be supplemented by workforce attribute data that will allow multiple views and pivoting of information across diversity reference dimensions. The resulting dashboard will allow users to directionally view trends, mix, and program effectiveness in relation to divisional and corporate objectives.
Unissant Chief Information Officer, Eric Hartung, comments, “As a diverse business enterprise ourselves, Unissant is proud to support an organization employing thousands of people in pursuit and sustainment of effective workforce diversity.”
