Unissant announced today that the company has been named a 2027 Elev8 GovCon honoree, marking its fifth consecutive year of recognition by OrangeSlices.
The Elev8 GovCon program recognizes government contractors that demonstrate a strong workplace culture and positive relationships with employees and industry partners. Honorees are selected based on qualifications corroborated through submissions from both an employee and a partner.
“Recognition like this reflects the experience people have with Unissant every day,” said Sumeet Shrivastava, President and CEO of Unissant. “We want our employees to know they can grow here and our partners to know they can count on us. That takes listening, following through and continuing to earn their trust. I’m grateful to everyone who helps make Unissant the kind of company people want to be part of.”
Unissant’s approach to culture is centered on giving employees meaningful ways to grow, contribute, and shape the company beyond their day-to-day roles. That comes through in specialized training and professional development, opportunities to work with the company’s technology team on new ideas, and Unissant MissionWORKS™, where employees bring lessons from customer programs into joint development with technology partners.
That sense of participation also extends to the communities Unissant supports. Employees help identify nonprofit organizations for company giving and take part in initiatives such as the American Heart Association Heart Walk, the Marine Corps Marathon, the Army Ten-Miler, blood drives, and veterans’ health programs.
The 2027 recognition continues Unissant’s multi-year presence among Elev8 GovCon honorees and reflects the experience the company is working to create for its employees and partners.
