RESTON, Va., May 11, 2026 – Unissant today announced the addition of three leaders whose experience strengthens the company’s focus on advanced technology, client engagement, and mission-focused delivery. Ariel (Ari) Hicks joins as Artificial Intelligence & Data Innovation Architect, Brad Barker as Senior Client Executive, and Kieran Holloway as Mission Executive, Defense.
Together, these hires reflect a focused investment in operationalizing AI in mission environments while strengthening Unissant’s ability to engage customers, win priority programs, and deliver at scale.
“We continue to build a team that understands both the mission and how to apply advanced technology for meaningful operational impact,” said Sumeet Shrivastava, CEO of Unissant. “Ari, Brad, and Kieran each bring expertise that strengthens how we innovate, grow, and deliver for customers in complex environments.”
Hicks brings experience at the intersection of AI, data, and public sector mission delivery. Her background spans AI strategy, digital services, and applied research, positioning her to help Unissant advance secure, governed AI capabilities in regulated environments. She will focus on strengthening how AI and data capabilities are developed and deployed across mission systems.
Barker joins Unissant with more than 17 years of experience across business development, capture, and proposal leadership in the federal market. He has supported opportunities ranging from targeted single-award efforts to large, complex IDIQ vehicles across civilian and defense agencies. He also brings hands-on experience applying AI to streamline proposal development while maintaining quality and compliance.
Holloway brings experience building and scaling growth across defense mission environments. He has led capture and account strategy for Department of War portfolios, including Navy and Air Force programs. His ability to translate growth strategy into disciplined capture execution will support Unissant’s continued expansion across National Security.
“These additions strengthen our ability to pair mission understanding with disciplined execution as we continue to grow across National Security and Federal Health,” Shrivastava added.
