Unissant MissionWORKS™ component extends provenance and accountability to software test evidence
Unissant announced today that its iVerge℠ Governed Agentic Testing (GAT) solution has been assessed as Awardable in the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office’s Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace. GAT is the first solution to emerge from the operationalization of Unissant MissionWORKS™, bringing together two of its foundational accelerators, iVerge and iVeris℠, to strengthen the test evidence chain supporting software release decisions. The Awardable designation gives government customers a streamlined path to evaluate GAT for potential acquisition through the Marketplace.

GAT addresses the test evidence chain in software factory environments. Programs have codified software supply chain controls through hardened base images, documented dependencies, and automated security gates. As AI makes test generation abundant, GAT shifts the focus from test volume to test trust.
GAT uses mutation analysis to introduce deliberate faults and generate tests designed to detect them. A separate Red Team agent challenges the test suite, while human reviewers retain authority over what correct system behavior means. AI-generated tests remain quarantined until human ratification, and ratified evidence moves through a cryptographically signed chain of custody. Program teams receive a measurable fault-detection rate and a traceable record supporting release decisions.
The foundation beneath GAT is already operating in federal environments. iVerge provides the framework for secure, repeatable software delivery, while iVeris contributes signed synthetic test data to the evidence chain. MissionWORKS brings those components together in GAT with Unissant’s CMMI DEV and SVC Maturity Level 3 practices and federal software delivery experience.
