Unissant announced today that Chief Financial Officer Bob Deegan has been named a 2026 GovCon CFO Star by DCA Live. The award honors finance leaders across the Washington region’s government contracting community. Deegan and this year’s awardees will be recognized at DCA Live’s September 2 event in Washington, D.C.
The honor marks the second consecutive year Deegan has been named to the list. “Bob is a trusted partner to Unissant,” said Sumeet Shrivastava, President and CEO of Unissant. “His financial discipline and operational perspective strengthen how we make decisions and support the teams delivering on mission. I’m happy to see DCA Live recognize him for the second year in a row.”
Deegan joined Unissant in 2024 after serving as CFO of ARRAY, where he played an integral role in the company’s transition from small business to mid-tier and through its acquisition by CGI Federal. He brings more than 38 years of financial and operational experience to Unissant. Deegan began his career in public accounting, later joining I. Feldman and remaining with the company through its acquisition by Kraft Food Service. He moved into GovCon with ABSS, and then Multimax, prior to ARRAY.
